V1.2.20 — Claude Design Tracking, Ask Claude Presets & Cloud Sync

Three releases later, SuperClaude now tracks Claude's newest usage buckets, syncs your settings across browsers, and gives you a right-click menu that does more than copy-paste.

V1.2.18 introduced cloud sync and a redesigned tutorial. V1.2.19 was a quick layout fix. V1.2.20 adds Claude Design quota tracking, Extra Usage credit monitoring, automatic subscription detection, and a full Ask Claude preset system. Here's everything in the box.

V1.2.20 — Claude Design, Extra Usage & Ask Claude Presets

Claude Design (7d) Usage Bucket — Claude introduced a new seven-day Design quota. SuperClaude now surfaces it as its own card in the popup and inside the in-page tooltip, with the same progress bar, reset countdown, and trend arrow as your other limits. Nothing new to learn — it works exactly like Sonnet and Opus tracking.

Extra Usage Card — If you have pay-as-you-go enabled, the popup now shows your credit consumption: used credits versus monthly cap, in your billing currency, with a colored utilization bar. The API returns amounts in cents, so SuperClaude handles the conversion — 244 cents displays as €2.44 of €170.00.

Extra Usage Detail View — Click the pay-as-you-go card to open a dedicated page with three credit charts: 24h, 7d, and 30d. Purple area + line in EUR on the Y-axis, a dashed red reference line at your monthly cap, and a hover tooltip showing date + amount. History is persisted with used credits, monthly limit, and currency — charts fill in as data points accumulate over time.

Claude Design Overlay — On claude.ai/design, a compact % chip is injected next to the model selector in the design composer. When the 7-day Design quota hits 100% and pay-as-you-go is enabled, the chip also shows the extra credits being burned (e.g. +€2.44). You always know where you stand, right where you work.

Account Deduplication — Adding an account that already exists (same email or same Anthropic UUID) no longer creates a duplicate row. The newer session key replaces the old one, stale duplicates are collapsed, and your custom name and subscription tier are preserved.

Automatic Subscription-Tier Detection — On first save and every subsequent heartbeat, the extension reads memberships[].organization.rate_limit_tier from /api/account and maps it to Free / Pro / Max ×5 / Max ×20. No more manual tier pill clicks for most users — the extension just knows.

Ask Claude Presets — The right-click "Ask Claude" entry on any selected text is now a sub-menu with 12 ready-made prompts: plain ask, Translate to English / French / Spanish / German, Summarize, Explain simply, Fix grammar & spelling, Make it professional, Make it shorter, Code review, Explain this code. Each preset has a {selection} placeholder that gets replaced with the highlighted text and opened in a new Claude tab.

Presets Manager in Settings — A new "Ask Claude presets" panel lists every preset with reorder arrows, edit, delete, and "Add preset." Free users get the 12 defaults read-only. Pro unlocks add, edit, reorder, and delete. "Reset to defaults" restores the seeded library. Built-in presets can be edited locally without losing the original.

Translations — All new labels (Claude Design, Extra Usage, pay-as-you-go states, Ask Claude presets, settings strings) added to all 34 locale files. Context menu rebuilds automatically when the preset list or UI language changes.

V1.2.19 — Layout Fix (Apr 16)

Chat Input Layout Restored — Claude wrapped the model selector in an extra non-flex div, which pushed SuperClaude's injected buttons (usage %, Auto-Reply, Export) onto a new row. The usage indicator is now inserted as a sibling of the .transition-all wrapper inside the flex row, so all buttons land on the same line again. One-line patch, zero visual regression.

V1.2.18 — Cloud Sync & Tutorial Redesign (Apr 16)

Cross-Browser Cloud Sync — All extension settings, preferences, customizations, and your account list are now synced to the server automatically every 5 minutes. Sign in on any browser — your data is already there. No opt-in required, sync is always on.

Auto-Merge on Login — When you sign in, data from all your devices is merged automatically. Highest version wins per field. Anonymous users get a random pseudonym, and their data carries over when they create an account. No data loss on signup.

Tutorial Redesign — The first-run wizard is now a 4-step flow: Welcome → Personalize → Your experience → What else. You can customize Claude's look right inside the tutorial — theme color, chat width, font family and size with live preview. The preferences step is grouped into setting cards (Appearance / Features / Alerts / Display) and every setting has a smooth ℹ expand for a longer explanation. Choices persist through the Pinia store and apply instantly on your first visit to Claude.ai. Translated into all 34 locales.

Disclaimer Customization — New option in Customize → Navigation & Shortcuts to hide or replace Claude's "Claude is AI and can make mistakes" warning. Three modes: Default (untouched), Hide (invisible but layout space preserved so the input area doesn't shift), and Custom (replace the text with your own).

Fixes — Prisma P2002 race conditions on concurrent heartbeat/sync requests no longer crash with unique constraint errors. Forgot password now actually sends emails (was using raw fetch instead of Better Auth's requestPasswordReset()). Setup wizard translations: 10 missing keys added to all 34 locale files.
