Privacy Policy

Introduction

This privacy policy describes how the SuperClaude extension handles your information when using our browser extension. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Data collection

By default, SuperClaude does NOT collect or transmit any personal data. Specifically, SuperClaude never collects:

• Your conversations or messages on Claude.ai
• Your browsing history or personal information
• Analytics or tracking data
• Third-party cookies

Optional data sync (Pro feature)

Pro users can opt in to sync usage statistics to their web dashboard at superclaude.app/dashboard. When enabled, the following data is sent to our servers:

• Usage utilization percentages (e.g. 42% of your 5-hour limit)
• Timestamps of when usage was recorded
• Claude.ai organization identifier (org ID)
• Your device identifier (for authentication)

This data is retained for a maximum of 90 days and is automatically deleted afterward. You can disable sync or delete all synced data at any time from your account settings. No conversation content, messages, or personal information is ever synced.

Local storage

The extension uses your browser's local storage to save your preferences and cache usage data. This data remains exclusively on your device:

• Display preferences: theme, language, element positioning
• Usage history cache: recent usage data for charts (up to 1000 data points)
• Account information: Claude.ai session identifiers for multi-account support

Extension permissions

SuperClaude only requests permissions necessary for its operation:

• storage: To save your preferences locally
• activeTab: To detect claude.ai and display the interface
• scripting: To integrate the interface into the Claude.ai page
• alarms: To schedule periodic usage checks and sync

Claude.ai data

The extension reads usage information from claude.ai (5h limits, 7 days, etc.) only to present them more clearly. This data is cached locally and, if you opt in to sync, sent to our servers as described above.

Third-party services

SuperClaude uses Stripe for payment processing and Hetzner for server hosting. No usage data is shared with third parties. The extension itself does not use tracking SDKs or analytics platforms.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. To delete all synced usage data, use the option in your account settings at superclaude.app/account, or contact us at contact@superclaude.app. Data deletion requests are processed within 48 hours.

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy. Any changes will be published on this page. If we introduce new data collection, we will explicitly inform you and request your consent.
